Choose between 8 characters and 1 Secret Character to enter the world

All 8 characters have different skills, moves and settings in the game to switch it up a bit.
Battle in the tournament, recruit animals off the street into your party, steal cars, get arrested and pay fines if you're unlucky, get an apartment with Candy from Fighting Vipers, Wander the long streets in search of secrets and side quests in your free time
Play as Metal Sonic, Ecco The Dolphin, Valis, Poison Kiss, ECW wrestler New Jack and Nights from Nights into Dreams Three original characters include Cyanide Angel, Bear, and more!
Take Candy on a date in the game to unlock her apartment and special items
Free download for PC, Press C to fly and V to jump in the game. Credits for the pics and sprites used in the game are listed inside enjoy@@@@

Hi, I got this game through the RPGs for Accessible Gaming bundle, but when I go to dowload I get 'WARNING: This Page Has Been Quarantined' and some warnings about how for the love of god don't trust randos on Discord.
Please explain.
probbaly from when I promoted it on discord a year ago in the RPG chats. The game works fine once you're past it
